Valie was an Altmer mage who joined Sulla Trebatius' expedition to Alftand. In the Expedition Manifest, Sulla mentions that she was chosen specifically because she was not affiliated in any way with the College of Winterhold.
She was killed and her remains are found in the Alftand Animonculory where she appears to have been dissected, or worse, vivisected by the Falmer.
