Temple of the Ancestor Moth

The Temple of the Ancestor Moth, which is located in far northeastern Cyrodiil in the Jerall mountains north of Cheydinhal, is a retirement home for elderly members of the Order of the Ancestor Moth, also known as the Moth Priests. These are the same monks who manage the library of Elder Scrolls in the White-Gold Tower in the Imperial City. Since repeated readings of the Elder Scrolls over their lifetimes causes them to become permanently blind, they eventually must retire to this monastery, where they are cared for by young initiates in the Order.
