Walkthrough[ | ]
This quest begins when the Dragonborn finds a note about moon sugar shipments in the Riften Warehouse. The note identifies Sarthis as the local dealer.
Report skooma source to Jarl of Riften[ | ]
The Dragonborn can then speak with the Jarl of Riften (either Laila Law-Giver or Maven Black-Briar, depending on the state of the Civil War) who will send the Dragonborn to deal with the root of the problem at Cragslane Cavern.
Find the skooma dealers in Cragslane Cavern[ | ]
The Dragonborn must then travel to the cavern to find the skooma operation and the bandits running it.
Disrupt the skooma operation[ | ]
To disrupt the skooma operation, the Dragonborn must kill seven of the bandits in and around the cave.
Note: If the cave was previously cleared, this might require clearing it three times as fewer bandits respawn than the original number.
Report to the Jarl of Riften[ | ]
Once the bandits have been dealt with, the Dragonborn must report back to the Jarl for a reward.
