Aela wants you to weaken the Silver Hand forces before your counter attack. So she asks you to start taking out their leadership.
Walkthrough
Assassinate the Silver Hand leader
Aela will send you to a random dungeon in Skyrim. Once you reach it you will need to fight your way through until you find a Silver Hand Leader. Kill him to finish the quest.
