Standing Stone

The Standing Stones, also called Guardian stones or doomstones, are interactive objects found in the wilderness which can give players special abilities and powers. There are a total of thirteen Standing Stones, each associated with one of Tamriel's thirteen constellations. Only one stone's effects can be active at a time, although you can change which stone is active at any time in the game.

The Guardian Stones

The set of three Guardian Stones can be found at various locations throughout Skyrim:

• The Thief Stone
• The Mage Stone
• The Warrior Stone
