Spectral Assassin

The Spectral Assassin is the afterlife form of a legendary Dark Brotherhood assassin from the Third Era, Lucien Lachance. In this form, Lachance can be summoned by the spell of the same name. This spell can be granted by leaders of Sanctuaries to especially trusted family members.
