Either Skjor or Vilkas has received a report that someone has been kidnapped and needs rescuing.
Walkthrough[ | ]
Rescue NPC from location[ | ]
Make your way to whatever location Vilkas tells you to go to and remove all resistance...
Talk to the NPC[ | ]
... to get to the NPC you need to rescue and speak to.
Examples:
- save Silus Vesuius from Silent Moons Camp
- save Sigurd from Chillwind Depths
Escort the NPC back home[ | ]
Then escort the NPC out of the dungeon to then fast travel to the NPC's home.
Take your leave of the NPC[ | ]
Once safely home, talk to the NPC again, who will thank the Dragonborn and leave the group for home.
Return to Skjor or Vilkas[ | ]
Return to Vilkas to receive the reward.
Bugs[ | ]
- This quest has been known to glitch at times if you have already cleared the dungeon before. The rescue target simply will not speak with you. To fix this either use the console command
cqasor reload a save made before picking up this quest.
Warning: Using the console command my cause your game to glitch and prevent you from moving.
