Maramal is a priest of Mara who sells the Amulet of Mara. He can initially be found at The Bee and Barb in Riften then later at the Temple of Mara.
He is the one who explains the mechanism of marriage within the game and also the one who performs the marriage ceremony once the Dragonborn finds a mate. He hands the newly wed The Bond of Matrimony rings.
