Lost Tongue Overlook is a Dragon Lair and the location of a word wall located in the mountains south-west of Forelhost, from which it can easily be seen. It is guarded by a Dragon. The word wall here contains one of the words of power for the Dismay shout.
On the ascent, there is a semi-hidden soul gem lightning trap.
