Flames is a Novice level Destruction spell. A gout of fire that does 8 points per second. Targets on fire take extra damage.
All players begin the game with this basic destruction spell. Enemies on fire will take extra damage. The higher your Destruction level, the more damage the flames produce. Also, you can unlock perks which will change the damage of the flames.
