After Cleansing the Stones, Wulf Wild-Blood will show concern for his brother Torkild who has left Skaal Village some time ago. He asks the Dragonborn to look into the matter.
Look for Wulf's brother Torkild[ | ]
This could be very easy, if the a map marker was provided by the game. But Torkild's location changes randomly with time. So even a seasoned explorer will probably miss finding him.
Tip: Return to an area just west of the Glacial Cave, near the waterfall there, where werebears may sometimes spawn, again and again until Torkild shows up.
When he does, while talking to him he will transform and turn hostile. The Dragonborn has no choice but to kill him.

Torkild's Letter to Wulf is on his body.
Return to Wulf[ | ]
Return to Wulf and give him the letter, he will be sad about his brother's death, but understand that the Dragonborn had no choice but to kill him.
