Enthir is a member of the College of Winterhold.
He is known throughout the college as a person that can get you what you need, for a price. Among them weapons, apparel, scrolls, books (many Spell Tomes) and miscellaneous items (Soul Gems). His prices are usually much higher than any equivalent merchant, but he does sell some rare items such as Black Soul Gems and Daedra Hearts, also rare Spell Tomes like Spell Tome: Incinerate, Spell Tome: Wall of Storms and Spell Tome: Wall of Flames.
Enthir is close friends with Karliah of The Thieves' Guild and he helps her to translate the diary of the late master Gallus to expose Mercer as a traitor.
