The contract becomes available after finished those presented in Nazir's third set, i.e. after finishing all three contracts: Contract: Kill Anoriath, Contract: Kill Deekus and Contract: Kill Ma'randru-jo.

Kill Agnis[ | ]
The Dragonborn is sent to Fort Greymoors to kill an old woman named Agnis, who has been taking care of the fort for a very very long time.
Tip: As Nazir points out this contract may be tricky depending on what factions the Dragonborn has joined, e.g. having to sneak into the fort. Not having taken sides in the Civil War yet (and having previously explored the location), the fort will be occupied by friendly Imperials, that just let you walk into the fort. Agnis will be in her room, that is slightly away from any witnesses, luckily.

Return to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary and listen to Nazir sarcastic comment about your latest exploit, and collect the reward.
