Azzadal is a Redguard ghost who appears if the Dragonborn jumps from Bard's Leap Summit (at night) and survives. After he appears, he mimes a song which increases Speechcraft by 2 points (if it is not already at 100). No relation to the Dragon Priest from the Dragonborn DLC.
