Aspect of Terror is a perk in the Illusion skilltree which allows Fear spells to work on higher level opponents (+10 levels to spell maximum). Cumulative with Kindred Mage and Animage. It requires a minimum of 50 points in the Illusion skilltree and the Hypnotic Gaze perk.
