Wrathmen are draugr-like skeletal undead who inhabit the plane of Oblivion known as the Soul Cairn. Wrathmen appear as skeletal warrior with Ancient Nord Armor, wielding an assortment of two-handed weaponry.
These undead can also be summoned by a Vampire Lord or Durnehviir in the material world of Nirn.
