Rage is a perk in the Illusion skilltree which allows Frenzy spells to work on higher level opponents (+12 levels to spell maximum). Cumulative with Kindred Mage and Animage. It requires a minimum of 70 points in the Illusion skilltree and the Aspect of Terror perk.
