This is following an Imperial through each quest that I encounter. Note to viewer: These levels are approximate, not definite.
Level 1 - 5[ | ]
Unbound[ | ]
Description:
- I have been captured by the Empire and sentenced to death alongside the Stormcloak rebels. We were taken to Helgen, but before I could be executed a dragon appeared and attacked the town. I need to find some way to escape.
Objectives:
- Make your way to the Keep
- Enter the Keep with Hadvar (The Empire) or Ralof (Stormcloak Rebels)
- Escape Helgen
- Loot Gunjar's body
- (Optional) Search the barrel for potions
- (Optional) Attempt to pick the lock to the cage
Description:
- I have escaped both my execution and a dragon attack at Helgen. I now have my freedom to do as I see fit in Skyrim.
Before the Storm[ | ]
Description:
- Ralof suggested that I head to the nearby town of Riverwood. His sister owns a lumbermill there and should be able to help me (Stormcloak Rebels).
- Hadvar suggested that I head to the nearby town of Riverwood. His uncle is the blacksmith there and should be able to help me (The Empire).
Objectives:
- Depending on who you escaped with from Helgen Keep, talk to Gerdur or Alvor in Riverwood
Description:
- Ralof's sister Gerdur (or Hadvar's uncle Alvor) asked me to take word to the Jarl of Whiterun of the dragon attack on Helgen, and to ask the Jarl to send soldiers to protect Riverwood.
Objectives:
- Talk to the Jarl of Whiterun
The Golden Claw[ | ]
Description:
- Lucan Valerius in Riverwood is offering me a gold reward if I retrieve his antique Golden Claw, stolen by bandits camped in Bleak Falls Barrow.

- Retrieve the Golden Claw
