If the Dragonborn speaks with Filnjar, the blacksmith in Shor's Stone tells of the local Redbelly Mine, that is overrun with Frostbite Spiders.
Clear Redbelly Mine of spiders[ | ]
The Dragonborn can then choose to clear the mine for the villages. There are actually rather few spiders in it.
Return to Filnjar[ | ]
Once the mine is cleared, returning to Filnjar nets a reward of gold.
