Idgrod Ravencrone is the Jarl of Hjaalmarch. She can be found in Highmoon Hall in Morthal. She has two children: Idgrod the Younger and Joric.

The Jarl is mildly unpopular with the locals because of her Imperial origins and leanings. She is wrongly thought to be using her position for her own gain, strictly because of this.

Idgrod also happens to be a gifted seer, with the ability to discern arcane events or omens.

Idgrod is also one of the guests at Elenwen's reception at the Thalmor Embassy, due to her status as a Jarl. She will happily cause a disturbance for the Dragonborn at the reception (should the Dragonborn have helped her in Morthal?).
