Galmar Stone-Fist is Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak's right hand man, housecarl and second-in-command of the Stormcloaks. His brother Rolff is a racist who hangs out at Candlehearth Hall. One of his more notable quotes is, "Let's rip the heads off these Imperial bastards!"
Galmar trusts no one easily, and to join the Stormcloaks the Dragonborn must first prove his/her worth in Joining the Stormcloaks.
