A gout of fire that does 8 points per second. Targets on fire take extra damage.
Flames is a fire-based Novice Destruction spell. The caster ignites his enemies in a continuous stream of fire.
All players begin the game with this basic destruction spell. Enemies on fire will take extra damage. The higher your Destruction level, the more damage the flames produce. Also, you can unlock perks which will change the damage of the flames.
