While clearing out the Southfringe Sanctum, the Dragonborn comes across a dark elf caught in spiders' webs. The elf introduces herself as Selveni Nethri and explains that she was trying to leave Bashnag's coven when she became trapped. She then asks for assistance.

If the Dragonborn agrees to help her, the elf needs to be freed from the webs and lead out of the cave safely.
