Frost Atronachs are elemental Daedra which resemble over-sized humanoids made of ice. They have long melee reach and their attack applies frozen effects on their targets (reduced movement). They can be summoned by the player, and are occasionally used against the player by enemy summoners. Due to their defensive nature, frost atronachs have a tendency to stand between their conjurers and their enemies. Their natural frozen composition leaves them vulnerable to fire damage, and such tactics should be taken into consideration when in combat.
Frost Atronachs have no ranged attack, making eliminating them from a distance particularly easy. They can be summoned, either temporarily or permanently.
