Eldergleam Tree
The Eldergleam Tree is located in the Eldergleam Sanctuary. To reach it, one must first get past its colossal roots which can only be breached with a special blade known as Nettlebane.
Its sap can be used to restore the ailing Gildergreen tree in Whiterun. Alternatively, it can produce a sapling to replace Gildergreen.
