Walkthrough
Elmus the brewer at Thirsk Mead Hall, will be happy to be back here after Retaking Thirsk, but he is missing a flavour-related ingredient for his mead. Trouble is, this ingredient is difficult to come by on Solstheim.
Bring Elmus some Juniper Berries
He requires Juniper Berries. Exploration of Skyrim should have left some in the Dragonborn's inventory. Otherwise a trip to The Reach may be in order.
Give Elmus the berries and collect the reward.
