Blizzard Rest
Blizzard Rest is a giant camp located north-east of Loreius Farm, roughly halfway between Whiterun and Dawnstar. It is possible for the Dragonborn to receive a bounty for killing one of the giants there.
Like all giant camps, it contains a chest and several Mammoth Cheese Bowls (×3).
