This page informally lists diverse things I (AEon) noted that could be looked into at some point. Basically a reminder of things that show some form of inconsistency, or ideas for further wiki improvements.

Quotation / Book text template improvements

• On the King page:
  • Try to create code that automatically adds initials, by using the first letter of the main text? Is that even possible?
  • If not possible, create a small template called { {initial|X} }, that adds a initial image, to clean up the code. -> template exists now e.g. . — AEon ^(talk) 09:07, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
  • When the text is not signed, i.e. the template entry is empty then do NOT show the "- " in the quotation.

Location pages and infoboxes?

• On Mount Anthor, Shrine of Azura, Bonestrewn Crest
  • Differs in style from the other location pages. Could maybe use consolidating in some way.
  • Normally the location icon is above the text, and the image is placed in a thumb, but most such pages do not have an infobox at all.
  • Personally I normally like infoboxes... but in this case less so... hmmm

Disambig template - nicer gfx

• Think of a nicer icon for the disambig template, in Skyrim style to make them better fit into the pages.

quotation template

• IMO, it would look nicer, especially next of an infobox, for the right side of the quotation to have a margin of 1em. Tried to fix this, testing with Blood_on_the_Ice, but failed so far.

padding in sortable tables

• On Achievements
  • The text in cells needs some padding on the left side, 1em or so, possibly on the right side too. Hacking style="padding: 1em;" into the table header fails. Apparently the class needs to be edited.

Enchanting / Smithing Potions

• On Enchanting, Smithing
  • Obviously when trying to create the most powerfully enchanted items the player will try to boost them in whatever way possible. Smithing is possible via enchanted items, alas this is not possible for enchanting itself.
  • Still needs a list of potions that temporarily increase enchanting/smithing. Only now noted that you can brew Fortify Smithing and Fortify Enchanting potions yourself, provided you know what ingredients to use (since these are not mentioned in recipes). Mentioning to boost either, you cannot brew these potions yourself they have the be found or bought and are quite rare (at least the really powerful ones).

Standing Stone - list effects too

• The Standing Stone is a important overview page, alas it did not list the effects of the stones directly next to them as well. As a quick reminder of what the player might be interested in "pushing". — AEon ^(talk) 16:08, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
