This quest can be undertaken multiple times.
Find Shalidor's writings
Urag gro-Shub asks the Dragonborn to retrieve the book Shalidor's Insights. He also tells the Dragonborn the location of that book, which can be virtually any of the larger caves or dungeons in Skyrim.
Talk to Urag
Once the book has been located, return to Urag in the Arcanaeum. He will require a bit of time to "decipher" the book. Wait, (after 24 hours things are only "coming along slowly", try after 48 hours) then return for the reward which is three copies of one of the Shalidor's Insights scrolls (also Restoration +1).
