After the quest Healing a House, Elynea Mothren will request a rare alchemical ingredient. This may be:

Some of the ingredients are less than readily available on Solstheim, a trip to Skyrim may thus be in order.
But a completest explorer should already have the ingredient in the inventory. So just give it to Elynea for a very small gold reward.
