Ancarion is a Thalmor wizard who landed on Solstheim at Northshore Landing with the goal to secure Stalhrim weapons for the Thalmor.

For this he had Baldor Iron-Shaper kidnapped, the only smith able to forge Stalhrim, and also took his map to the Stalhrim Source.
