Velehk Sain is the the Pirate King of the Abecean. He manifests if the Dragonborn places the correct rings on the correct fingers of the Daedric Relic in the Midden under the College of Winterhold. Once summoned, the Dragonborn must decide whether to banish the daedra or release him.
- If the Dragonborn releases him, Velehk Sain rewards him/her with a treasure map which leads to a magically hidden chest full of loot.
- If the Dragonborn decides to banish him, a fight ensues and the daedra must be killed.
