Garan Marethi is one of the elder members of Clan Volkihar and holds some authority over recent initiates. He is able to grant some missions and can supply information to the new member of the clan. As a Dunmer and a former house officer in his homeland of Morrowind during his mortal days, he has seen a great deal of political manoeuvring and, to hear him tell it, has had enough. Thus, he isolates himself from the politics of the clan.
